Meditation Videos for Practice & Healing
Meditation is something we’ve all heard about, but it can seem difficult to put into practice. Fortunately there are many ways to come into a meditation space, and you don’t have to spend a long time there to reap the benefits. The mind naturally thinks of many things at once. Meditation is a practice of reducing this chatter so the mind can rest and replenish. For meditation, I like a simple background music. My favorites feature symphonic gong and Tibetan singing bowls.
