Yoga provides a pathway to physical fitness and stress relief. My yoga classes combine modern fitness science with ancient Hatha yoga to improve muscular strength, endurance and flexibility while calming the mind. Yoga’s unique barefoot approach improves balance and stability. Stretching keeps muscles pliable, and releases natural “feel good” hormones (endorphins) in the body. Mindful breathing promotes relaxation.
